Examines leadership through psychological insights across three layers: Transforming Self, Transforming Teams, and Transforming Organizations. Focuses on solving business problems related to leadership, management, and continuous change.

Introduces theoretical and practical principles for managing diversity and inclusion. Raises awareness of working with individuals from diverse cultural, social, and economic backgrounds to maximize business opportunities and ensure inclusiveness.

Focuses on the challenges of social and organizational change through psychological and management theories. Evaluates organizational resistance to change, potential root causes, and strategies to lead successful transitions.

Covers the theoretical frameworks and practical skills of mentoring and coaching in business. Evaluates how coaching can increase employee performance and overall engagement.
